About

Mel created this space for those who don’t fit the mould, because she never did either. As a neurodivergent trauma survivor, she knows firsthand how traditional therapy isn’t for everyone. In fact, it can sometimes feel more activating than healing.

For decades, Mel explored her childhood trauma and now has transformed her lived experience into a passion to support neurodivergent folk to find healing that truly works for them.

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and Mel's goal is to provide resources that help you navigate your own unique path.

For many trauma survivors, the longing to be truly heard runs deep, especially for those carrying the weight of unspoken trauma. Your story matters. Your experiences are real. Here, you are heard, validated, and supported exactly as you are.

Wadawurrung Country

We recognise that this land was never ceded and acknowledge the ongoing trauma and intergenerational harm caused by colonisation, the theft of land, and the disruption of cultures, languages, and communities.

We reflect on the strength of the Wadawurrung People and all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the face of this injustice. We are committed to learning, listening, and taking action in solidarity with First Nations peoples, working toward truth, justice, and healing.
